Job Summary
The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and cash flow management. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely payments, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounts team.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor reconciliations.
- Handle customer billing, freight invoicing, and collection follow-ups.
- Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and fund utilization.
- Ensure timely payment of vendors, transporters, and service providers.
- Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports within deadlines.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Implement and improve accounting controls and financial processes.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
