Role Overview
You'll be the voice that follows up with every guest after checkout — calling to thank them, ask about their stay, capture honest feedback, and encourage happy guests to leave a Google review. You'll also turn that feedback into a clear improvement tracker for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and message guests after checkout to ask about their experience
- Politely request and guide satisfied guests to leave Google reviews
- Record each guest's feedback, star rating, and specific comments in a tracker
- Flag complaints or recurring issues and escalate to the relevant department (housekeeping, kitchen, front office)
- Maintain a feedback dashboard: ratings trend, common praise points, and areas needing improvement
- Respond to or draft responses for online reviews
- Share a weekly summary of guest sentiment and improvement actions with management
- Build guest relationships to encourage repeat stays and referrals
Requirements
- 1–2 years in guest relations, customer service, or tele-calling (hospitality preferred)
- Warm, empathetic phone manner; excellent listener
- Fluent Hindi and English; well-spoken and patient
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and basic reporting
- Detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely service-minded
