Job Summary:
A results-driven senior field sales executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and customer engagement. The role involves identifying potential customers, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to promote company offerings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide effective after-sales service.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to management on market performance.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required and support team initiatives.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
