Hiring Recruiter (Blue collar hiring)

Responsibilty -
-Hire and fill the gap of delivery executives / Hub Assistants as per the requirement .
-Co-ordinate with hiring managers to identify potential candidates .
- Onboarding the shortlisted candidate
- Engage in field activities to identify potential candidate and build candidate database .
- Source candidate through diffrent means and methods.
- engage and explore innovative methods to find the potential candidate and build candidate database .
- travel and explore new methods of activities on ground .
Location -
Kasargod - Palakkad ( as per your hometown )
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
