We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist who has hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, ad copies, and targeting for better ROI.
- Track conversions using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and website development teams to improve landing page performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, descriptions, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and PPC best practices.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring campaign goals and deadlines are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of keyword planning, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with conversion tracking and event setup.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Experience working with E-commerce brands and lead generation campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads is an added advantage.
