Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations and partner with business leaders in building a high-performance organization. The role requires a proactive HR professional capable of handling recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, and organizational development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong HR operational knowledge along with the ability to support a growing engineering and manufacturing workforce.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Projects, Corporate, and Support functions.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, campuses, and professional networks.
- Improve recruitment turnaround time and candidate experience.
HR Operations
- Handle complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure HRIS accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare HR letters including appointment, increment, promotion, transfer, warning, and relieving letters.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, overtime, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishment regulations.
- Liaise with finance and external consultants for statutory compliance.
Performance Management
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal and increment processes.
- Support competency mapping and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor probation and confirmation processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Drive employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and HR events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labour laws and internal audits.
- Support ISO/Quality documentation related to HR where applicable.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate technical, behavioural, compliance, and leadership development programs.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, headcount, leave, attendance, and manpower planning.
- Generate reports for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Defence, Aerospace, Electronics, or Industrial organizations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred
