Responsibilities:
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action points from meetings
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of assigned items
- Prepare agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and presentations
- Attend meetings when required and circulate the MOM
- Arrange domestic/international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle expense statements and reimbursements
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience as a PA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
