Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to promote mutual fund investment solutions and expand the company's client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new investors, nurturing existing client relationships, and providing suitable investment solutions based on clients' financial goals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Promote and sell mutual fund investment products to individual and corporate clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable mutual fund solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, investment presentations, and financial awareness sessions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active investors.
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth account opening and transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on mutual fund products, market trends, SEBI regulations, and industry developments.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or Investment Sales.
- NISM Certification (Mutual Fund Distributor/Investment Advisor) will be preferred.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is an added advantage.
