Job Title: Senior Billing Executive
Department: Retail / Store Operations

Job Summary:
The Billing Executive is responsible for handling billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, managing transactions, and providing excellent customer service at the point of sale. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and coordination with sales and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process customer bills using POS/ERP systems
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and tax calculations
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods
- Maintain daily billing records and transaction reports
- Verify product details, quantities, and pricing before billing
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth customer checkout experience
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes as per company policy
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices and receipts
- Support stock reconciliation and inventory updates if required
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum Any Degree / Commerce Background preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in billing or retail operations
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles
- Strong numerical and data entry skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing
