Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling quotations, order processing, follow-ups, and documentation to keep the sales process running efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Prepare and share accurate quotations with clients
- Process sales orders and ensure correctness in documentation
- Support the sales team with required data, reports, and documents
Customer Coordination
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery status
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients
Order Management
- Track orders from confirmation through delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and execution
- Ensure timely completion of orders
Documentation & CRM
- Maintain records of orders, clients, and communication
- Update CRM systems regularly
- Generate basic reports as required
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of CAD software will be an added advantage
