Role Overview
Spazioliv is looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Sales Design Consultant** with **2–3 years of experience** in the interior industry.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand customer requirements, create innovative design solutions, present concepts confidently, and convert prospects into successful interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales
* Meet and understand customer requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
* Conduct design consultations and space planning discussions.
* Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional experience.
* Convert leads into confirmed projects.
**Design & Space Planning**
* Create functional and aesthetically appealing interior designs.
* Develop 2D layouts, 3D concepts, and client presentations.
* Recommend materials, finishes, furniture, and décor solutions.
* Ensure designs are practical and execution-ready.
**Proposal & Closure Support**
* Present design concepts and quotations.
* Handle design revisions and customer feedback.
* Coordinate with Closing Managers for deal closures.
**Project Coordination**
* Work closely with Operations, DQC, and Project Teams.
* Ensure smooth handover from design to execution.
* Maintain proper project documentation and CRM updates.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Maintain strong design-to-sales conversion ratio.

* Deliver premium consultation experience.

* Timely completion of design presentations.
* Consistent follow-up and lead management.
Candidate Profile**
Experience
* **2–3 years of experience** in Interior Design Sales / Sales Design Consulting.
* Experience in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or turnkey projects preferred.
Software Skills
* AutoCAD
* SketchUp
* 2020 Design (preferred)
* MS Office / CRM Tools
