Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and follow up on warm prospects using phone communication and telemarketing techniques
- Engage with potential clients through consultative selling approaches, understanding their needs and presenting tailored technology solutions
- Manage and update customer information within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and client interactions
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Utilize sales technology tools to streamline the sales process, improve outreach efficiency, and adopt new sales strategies
- Develop business opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and collaboration with marketing teams for targeted campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales with a focus on technology products or services
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Knowledge of sales technology adoption, including Salesforce Cloud and other sales enablement tools
- Demonstrated ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on consultative selling and customer service excellence
