Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented MBA (Finance) professional to manage the Finance & Accounts operations across multiple Group Companies. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SOPs, strengthening internal financial controls, supervising the Accounts Team, monitoring statutory compliance and ensuring smooth financial operations across all companies.
Key Responsibilities
Group Finance & Accounts
- Manage Finance & Accounts operations across all Group Companies.
- Ensure uniform accounting processes across all companies.
- Review daily accounting transactions and financial records.
- Monitor the accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
SOP & Process Management
- Develop, implement and monitor Finance & Accounts SOPs.
- Standardize accounting and documentation processes.
- Strengthen the Maker–Checker–Approver system.
- Ensure every transaction is supported by complete documentation and approvals.
Team Management
- Supervise Tally Operators, Accountants, GST & TDS Executives and Accounts Coordinators.
- Monitor daily work, productivity and accuracy of the Accounts Team.
- Train team members and improve process discipline.
- Conduct regular reviews and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Compliance Management
- Monitor GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and Auditors.
- Review vendor compliance and statutory documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory records.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Prepare Management Dashboards and KPI Reports.
- Monitor Cash Flow, Budget and Working Capital.
- Report financial performance and pending issues to Management.
Internal Controls
- Conduct periodic internal reviews and compliance checks.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Improve documentation, accountability and financial controls.
- Support Internal Audit and Statutory Audit.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and Statutory Compliance.
- SOP Development and Process Improvement.
- Team Leadership and Multi-Company Coordination.
- Strong MIS, Budgeting and Financial Analysis skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and Tally Prime.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Steel, Mining, Infrastructure, Logistics, Industrial Projects or Multi-Company Business Groups will be preferred.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
