About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our US Healthcare Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, be comfortable working in the night shift, and have the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US Healthcare process.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving their queries.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during customer interactions.
- Accurately update customer details and call records in the system.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Meet daily performance and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
