Ali Recruiters is hiring an experienced IT Manager who can lead ERP implementation, business process automation, web application development, and full stack development projects. The candidate should have strong technical expertise along with the ability to understand business workflows and convert them into scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ERP development, implementation, and support activities
- Develop and maintain web applications and business automation systems
- Handle full stack development projects from frontend to backend deployment
- Understand operational workflows and design automation solutions accordingly
- Coordinate with management and departments to gather technical requirements
- Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and process monitoring tools
- Ensure smooth functioning of databases, servers, applications, and integrations
- Lead software customization, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment
- Monitor system performance, data security, and application efficiency
- Support digital transformation and technology improvement initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Full Stack Development
- Experience in ERP systems and workflow automation
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/Python/Node.js or related technologies
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
- Experience in API integration, web application development, and hosting
- Understanding of dashboards, MIS reporting, and automation systems
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP, automation, or web development projects
- Experience in handling business software solutions and process automation preferred
- Candidates with exposure to manufacturing, logistics, HRMS, CRM, or inventory systems will be preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
Up to ₹45,000 per month (Based on technical skills and experience)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
