About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python AI Developer with hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, modern AI frameworks, Generative AI technologies, and cloud-native deployment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM-based architectures.
- Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI (mandatory) and Django.
- Implement intelligent workflows and agent-based systems using LangGraph.
- Work with Vector Databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for production-grade applications.
- Design and manage database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI-driven products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Exposure to model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Python and AI development.
- Graduation year must be 2022 or earlier.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
