Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities of our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have strong experience in maintaining sheet metal fabrication machinery, utility equipment, and plant infrastructure, ensuring maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of:
- Press Brakes
- Shearing Machines
- Power Presses
- Welding Equipment
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
- Air Compressors
- DG Sets
- Electrical Panels
- Water Supply Systems
- Material Handling Equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history cards, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Manage AMC contracts and coordinate with external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians and support staff.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience in sheet metal manufacturing machinery maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently.
- Knowledge of TPM, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Good planning, documentation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and maintenance reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or B.E. (Mechanical Engineering).
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance within sheet metal fabrication, automotive, engineering or manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in handling utilities and factory maintenance operations.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
