Company Overview: Kodo Engineering is an emerging distribution company in Pune specializing in power transmission products used in heavy machinery. We are committed to delivering high quality products from leading OEMs to our customers in-and-around Maharashtra.
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented post-graduate to take up the following responsibilities for Kodo -
1. Visit new and existing customers in Pune, Nashik and Aurangabad and bring new inquiries
2. Maintain proper records of all visits and generate a good pipeline of inquiries
3. Prepare quotations for these inquiries and follow-up for orders
4. Supervise dispatches and execute orders from various warehouses of Kodo
5. Follow-up for payment and collect payment from customers
6. Monitor stock and maintain physical records of all SKUs
7. Organize and maintain all the office paperwork of Kodo
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Any basic diploma, graduation or post-graduation
2. 1-2 years’ work experience preferred but freshers are welcome too!
3. No criteria of academic scores. However, candidate should be ready to learn basic concepts of our product offerings and of the industrial sales + marketing process
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google’s Office Apps
5. A 2-wheeler of your own is a must

Financial Benefits:
1. Salary: INR 20,000/- in hand
2. 1% commission on monthly sales beyond INR 5,00,000/- (excluding GST)
3. INR 2000/- shall be paid as fuel allowance along with the monthly salary
4. Outstation visits, if any, shall be reimbursed on at actual basis.
