Job Title: Driver Cum Helper
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver Cum Helper to safely transport goods, and Head Office to Store assist with loading and unloading, and support daily warehouse or delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, good knowledge of local routes, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to deliver or collect goods as assigned.
- Load, unload, and handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Assist with packing, shifting, and arranging goods during transportation.
- Ensure timely deliveries and pickups according to the schedule.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and report any maintenance issues.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Follow all traffic rules, company policies, and safety guidelines.
- Assist warehouse or site staff with general labor tasks when not driving.
- Support other operational activities as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Valid driving license for the required vehicle category.
- Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to perform both driving and helper duties.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
