Job Summary
We are looking for a resourceful and tech-savvy Lead Generation & Digital Operations Specialist to support our real estate development business. The role involves sourcing land parcel opportunities through online portals, maintaining and organizing project enquiry databases, managing social media channels, and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, lead generation, content creation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Land Sourcing
- Identify potential land acquisition opportunities through online property portals, classifieds, broker networks, and digital channels.
- Generate and qualify leads from landowners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Conduct preliminary research on properties, ownership details, and location potential.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective land opportunities and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding site visits and lead evaluation.
Enquiry Database Management
- Maintain and regularly update project enquiry databases using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Track enquiries, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly lead and enquiry reports for management.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media accounts and online presence.
- Create, schedule, and publish content related to projects, land requirements, company updates, and industry insights.
- Respond to online enquiries and coordinate follow-ups.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to generate project and land acquisition leads.
AI & Productivity Tools
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other productivity platforms for content creation, lead research, reporting, data organization, and workflow automation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
- Support management with presentations, reports, and business documentation using AI-assisted tools.
Requirements ( Not Essential but preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, business development, administration, or real estate-related roles is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research.
- Comfortable using AI tools for day-to-day work and process improvement.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in real estate, land acquisition, property consulting, or construction industries.
- Familiarity with Chennai and Tamil Nadu real estate markets.
- Experience managing enquiry databases and online lead generation platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified land and project leads generated.
- Accuracy and completeness of enquiry database records.
- Timeliness of follow-ups and reporting.
- Social media engagement and enquiry generation.
- Effective use of AI and digital tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
