Experience: 7+ years with a large corporate organization
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete HR function for the hospital.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
- Develop HR policies, processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR regulations.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance and HR documentation.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategy.
Preferred Candidate
- MBA/PGDM in HR with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with a large corporate organization preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
