- Assist passengers with self check-in kiosks and boarding pass generation
- Guide travelers in baggage tagging and self baggage drop process
- Help passengers use mobile apps for booking, web check-in, and boarding pass download
- Support first-time travelers and elderly passengers with digital processes
- Manage passenger flow and reduce congestion at airline counters
- Handle basic queries related to airport procedures and navigation
- Coordinate with airline/airport staff for issue resolution
- Promote digital and contactless services within the airport
Skills required
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and digital systems
- Strong communication skills in English Mandatory ,Any two regional languages
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and patience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
