A Pharmacy Executive is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the uninterrupted availability of medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations efficiently.
Supervise medicine procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of medicines and consumables.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Track expiry dates and ensure timely disposal/return of expired or near-expiry medicines.
Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines, including temperature-sensitive products.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and deliveries.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and medicine receipts.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and organizational policies.
Supervise pharmacy staff and provide guidance on daily operations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted medicine availability.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Prepare monthly pharmacy consumption, stock, and procurement reports.
Handle documentation related to pharmacy licensing and regulatory requirements.
Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to pharmacy operations.
Train pharmacy staff on inventory management, SOPs, and quality standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹10,078.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
