Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and address escalated issues from clients.
- Act as a liaison between sellers and shipment executives.
- Manage and resolve conflicts with upset clients by providing satisfactory solutions.
- Follow up with shipping services to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and organize client data.
- Develop effective communication channels between sellers and courier services.
- Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels.
- Handle client requests and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in any field with 0–1-year experience
- Experience in customer service or similar roles preferred.
- Strong coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to innovate solutions and manage irritate customers.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Eagerness to learn new techniques to enhance client success.
- Capable of working well under pressure
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
