Front Office Executive / ReceptionistKey Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage visitor entries
- Handle calls, emails, and front desk communication
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and conference room bookings
- Support senior management with daily coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain reception area, courier handling, and office supplies
- Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry
- Monitor visitor access and issue visitor badges
Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in front office, administration, or customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Well-organized, presentable, and able to multitask
- Professional attitude with good coordination skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
