Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and share Proforma Invoices (PI) as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams regarding order status.
- Track customer orders and provide regular updates to customers and sales team.
- Maintain order records, documentation, and reports.
- Follow up internally to ensure timely execution and dispatch of orders.
- Handle basic customer queries related to orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Support sales team with operational and documentation work.
- Ensure accuracy in order details and proper communication across departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (any stream preferred: Commerce / Management).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / order processing / operations (preferred).
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
