Job Responsibilities - Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. - Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment. - Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. - Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent learning. - Monitor and document each child's progress. - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development. - Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials. - Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions. - Work collaboratively with the teaching team to deliver a high-quality learning experience.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or a related field. - Previous preschool teaching experience is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for working with young children. - Creative, patient, energetic, and responsible. - Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
