Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate MCA Faculty member to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Computer Applications. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students in both academic and practical domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions for MCA and related programs
- Teach subjects such as Data Structures, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, Software Engineering, Web Technologies.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Guide students in projects, internships, and research work
- Stay updated with the latest developments in computer science and IT
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Contribute to seminars and institutional activities
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science, or a related field
- Ph.D. preferred
- Strong understanding of core computer science subjects
- Prior teaching experience preferred
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong programming and technical expertise
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with research publications or academic projects
- Industry experience is an added advantage
