Mechanical Service Coordinator
Location: Surat, Gujarat
About the Role
We are looking for a Mechanical Service Coordinator to manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support for CNC machines and industrial equipment. The role requires coordinating with customers, service engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate machine installation & commissioning
- Handle customer complaints and service requests
- Schedule and support service engineers
- Track breakdowns and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate spare parts and service documentation
- Follow up with customers and maintain service records
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in machine service, maintenance, or installation
- Experience with CNC machines, SPMs, or industrial machinery preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Willingness to travel
