Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a strong understanding of HR processes. This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Skills:

Lead the functional aspects of the system development life cycle for both large projects and small enhancements.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and related applications.

Provide training and support to system users as necessary.
Analyse and resolve client-reported issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and budgeting.
Develop and implement programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects.
Contribute to client discussions and proactively work on developing effective solutions.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor.
Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
Experience with system configuration and business process requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of best practices in HRMS business processes.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules.
Ability to design and execute tests and implementations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
