Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall administration, operations, and growth of a leading engineering college in Kochi. The ideal candidate should possess strong managerial and operational expertise, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing educational institutions or large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the institution's academic and administrative functions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all departments.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and institutional growth strategies.
- Lead and mentor department heads, administrative teams, and support staff.
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and statutory guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the institution's reputation and operational effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and institutional planning.
- Support admissions, industry collaborations, branding, and business development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and organizational excellence.
Qualification
- MBA from a recognized university.
- Additional qualifications in Management, Education Administration, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in senior leadership positions.
- Proven experience in operations management, administration, and organizational leadership.
- Candidates with experience in educational institutions, universities, engineering colleges, or similar sectors will be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
