Position: Clinic Manager – Cosmetic Clinic
Location: Thrissur
Salary: ₹50,000+ per month
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the cosmetic clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead the clinic team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and drive package sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns and increase patient footfall.
- Analyze competitor services, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and ensure optimal workforce allocation.
- Supervise patient flow, appointment scheduling, and overall clinic efficiency.
- Oversee the clinic’s social media activities, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Ensure high standards of patient service and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5+ years of management experience in a cosmetic clinic, aesthetic clinic, medical spa, healthcare facility, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in clinic operations, staff management, and customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
