Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with existing clients
- Lead sales pipeline management and ensure target achievements
- Analyze market trends and establish a competitive advantage
- Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
- Provide trusted after-sales support and client servicing
- Lead negotiations and close business deals, including contracts and service agreements
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Deliver accurate reporting on sales performance and KPIs
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT services sales or related fields
- Proven track record in lead conversion and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer behavior in the all region.
- Strong understanding of deal closure within an IT services–based company environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
