- Handling domestic and international flight bookings.
- Assisting customers with travel itineraries and reservations.
- Managing ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Providing fare quotations and travel-related information.
- Coordinating with airlines and suppliers for booking confirmations.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and booking details.
- Delivering excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
- Experience in flight ticketing and travel booking.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and email handling.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
