Experience: 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium food, hospitality, or luxury confectionery.
Product Knowledge: A genuine passion for or willingness to quickly master traditional Indian sweets, regional specialties.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in the local language (Malayalam) is essential, alongside proficiency in English and Hindi.
Professionalism, A well-groomed, polite, and customer-first attitude, especially during busy festival seasons.
