Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Branch Manager to manage the daily operations of our homecare branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling staff operations, client coordination, business growth, service quality, and overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle caregiver/staff deployment and client service coordination.
- Monitor branch performance and achieve business targets.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and attend service-related concerns.
- Supervise office staff, field staff, and coordinators.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Conduct staff follow-ups, attendance monitoring, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for manpower requirements.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, healthcare, homecare, staffing, or branch management.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
