We are a growing women's fashion label based in Hyderabad with two distinct brand lines — couture pret & ethnic wear, and casuals & semi-casuals. We are building something exciting from the ground up and looking for our very first team member to grow with us.
About the Role
This is a high-ownership, all-in-one role where you will work directly with the founder across brand, marketing, operations, and sales. No two days will look the same. If you love fashion, are highly organised, and want real exposure to how a fashion business is built — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Support brand building and creative direction for both label lines
- Manage Instagram and social media content, reels, and campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and fabric suppliers
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, DMs, and email
- Assist with photoshoots, lookbooks, and influencer outreach
- Manage the founder's calendar, communications, and follow-ups
- Maintain inventory trackers, order status, and dispatch coordination
- Support pop-up events, trunk shows, and exhibitions
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion, retail, or a startup
- Passion for women's fashion and styling
- Proficient in Instagram, Canva, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business
- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable multitasking
- Creative eye with a feel for brand aesthetics
Good to Have
- Knowledge of ethnic wear or couture pret market
- Familiarity with Shopify, Meesho, or Myntra
- Basic skills in CapCut, Lightroom, or photo editing tools
