Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a Sitting Phlebotomist / Billing Executive to join our diagnostic centre in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient sample collection at the centre along with billing, registration, and other front-desk activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood sample collection from patients at the diagnostic centre.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling, and handling of patient samples.
- Follow proper sample collection and infection control procedures.
- Register patients and enter patient details accurately into the laboratory system.
- Prepare bills and process payments from patients.
- Explain available tests and billing details to patients when required.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely processing of samples.
- Maintain accurate records of patient registrations, billing, and sample collections.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods as applicable.
- Provide a professional and courteous experience to patients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the sample collection area.
- Handle patient queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the centre manager or management.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification in DMLT / MLT / Phlebotomy or relevant healthcare qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in phlebotomy and diagnostic centre billing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of blood sample collection and handling procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate billing or laboratory software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and patient-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage billing and sample collection responsibilities efficiently.
- Candidates with experience in diagnostic centres, hospitals, or pathology labs will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
