Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing documents, coordinating with internal departments, managing data, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents.
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in ERP systems, Excel, or company software.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding documentation and order processing.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and operational records.
- Handle email correspondence and internal communication.
- Maintain inventory records and purchase documentation.
- Support the accounts team with documentation related to billing and payments.
- Prepare tenders, quotations, and project-related documentation when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure timely execution of administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in a back office, administration, or operations role (Freshers with good computer skills may also apply).
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
