1. B.E. Civil with 15 years or DCE with 20 years of experience—
a minimum of 5 -10 years of which must be hands-on site experience handling civil construction and Interior works in large construction companies, turnkey contractors, etc
2. This experience must include work execution, quantity measurement and Bill certification.
3. Experience in large, multi-storied commercial or hospital buildings of a minimum of five floors, including basement work.
4. Last 3 to 5 years of experience must include preparing the BOQ, floating tenders, Item rate analysis , Determining target prices & price negotiations.
Pay: ₹11,470.13 - ₹1,527,656.84 per month
