Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to support Learning & Development operations while working closely with the CEO’s Office. This role requires strong coordination skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Administration
- Manage and update learning content on the LMS platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic platform-related issues in working with service provider
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly learning experience for participants attending our programs
- Manage internal learning operations including but not limited to mailbox and calendar coordination
- Schedule training sessions and maintain learning data/trackers
- Coordinate certificate distribution and maintain records
- Create and manage all sorts of forms and reports
HR Administration
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of digital tools/LMS platforms (preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proactive, adaptable, and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience/internship in L&D, HR operations, or administrative roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
