Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist with a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, listing optimization, account health management, inventory control, and PPC advertising.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Amazon accounts, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining account health, optimizing product listings, monitoring inventory, and driving profitable sales growth across multiple marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
- Manage daily Seller Central operations and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively resolve issues.
- Liaise with Amazon support to resolve listing, account, and operational issues.
Product Listing Management
- Create new product listings and variations.
- Optimize existing listings using keyword research and Amazon SEO best practices.
- Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content.
Listing Protection & Monitoring
- Monitor listing health and suppressions.
- Resolve stranded inventory, listing errors, inactive ASINs, and catalogue issues.
- Maintain high-quality listings across all marketplaces.
Inventory & FBA Management
- Track inventory levels and forecast stock requirements.
- Create and manage FBA shipments.
- Prevent stockouts and excess inventory through effective planning.
Sales & Performance Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor profitability and marketplace performance.
PPC Advertising Management
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize advertising performance.
- Control ACoS and TACoS while maximizing profitable growth.
- Conduct daily PPC analysis and keyword optimization.
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Research competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve rankings and increase market share.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central and FBA experience.
- Strong IT and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Amazon UK, EU, UAE, or US marketplaces.
- Experience with Amazon PPC and advanced advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with inventory forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Experience working with multiple brands or large product catalogues.
