Key Roles:
1. Maintain Books (Cash, Pettycash, Bank, Journal, Ledger, Invoice (Purchase & Sales Register), Balance Sheet, P&L,
Trial Balance, Day Book) of Accounts in Tally
2. GST Reconciliations and Bank Reconciliation Statements
3. Records of Payment Payable receivables against invoice received / raised
4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
5. Preparation of accounts payable schedule for on-time disbursements
6. Finalization of Accounts and Audit in collaboration with Statutory Auditors
7. Co-ordinating with Banks & Auditor (Income tax, GST and Central Excise)
8. Preparation of receipt, payment and other general ledger journal entries.
Responsibility:
* Prepare the Fund availability and daily cash in & out flow report
* Petty Cash & Bank Payments Maintenance
* Day Book, Bank Book, Cash payment Maintenance
* Monthly Expenses list preparation and payment activities
* Prepare the Accounting Vouchers
* Prepare Budget and forecasting for the Management Activities.
* Company Accounts Payable, Receivables updations and follow ups
* Company GST Filing. Sales GSTR1, GSTR2A, GSTR3B and coordinating with Auditor for GST Annual Return 9 & 9C
* TDS Returns and Income Tax Return , if any
* Bank Statement Reconciliation, Loan Interest Calculation
* Payable / Receivables Statement
* Payment Projection & Collection monthly profit and loss, Balance Sheet Maintaining.
* Co-Ordinate monthly payroll functions for employees
* Preparation of Monthly & Annual Consolidated Profit & Loss A/c & Balance Sheet & Annual
* Specific Reports as and when required
Requirements and skills
* Work experience as an Accountant
* Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
* Experience with accounting software Tally
* Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables
* Experience with general ledger functions
* Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
