Role Overview
We are looking for a highly connected and energetic Corporate Client Relations & Business Development Manager who has strong networking within Hyderabad’s corporate ecosystem and can generate business opportunities through existing contacts, networking groups, venues, clubs, and corporate references.
The ideal candidate should preferably come from a hotel, hospitality, banquet sales, or corporate events background with strong connections among Admin Heads, HR Teams, Procurement Teams, Marketing Teams, and decision-makers within corporate companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate corporate event business through personal networking, references, and existing corporate relationships.
- Build and maintain strong connections with Admin Heads, HR Teams, Procurement Managers, Marketing Teams, and corporate decision-makers.
- Meet corporate clients regularly for business development and relationship management.
- Attend networking events, business clubs, venue meetings, exhibitions, and social gatherings to generate leads.
- Develop business through hotels, venues, clubs, associations, communities, and corporate social groups.
- Handle inquiries for conferences, annual days, employee engagement activities, offsites, award nights, launches, and corporate celebrations.
- Prepare event proposals, presentations, concepts, and quotations.
- Coordinate closely with operations, production, design, hospitality, and vendor teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Support on-ground event execution whenever required.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp networking, and corporate communities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, follow-up reports, and revenue tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, banquet sales, hospitality sales, hotel sales, client servicing, or event management.
- Strong existing corporate network within Hyderabad is highly preferred.
- Experience dealing with Admin, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and Corporate Communication teams.
- Telugu and English communication is mandatory.
- Excellent networking, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Hyderabad corporate hubs, hotels, clubs, venues, and business communities.
- Knowledge of event operations, hospitality, and client servicing.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and lead generation activities.
- Smart, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for client meetings and networking activities.
