Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential donors, members, or volunteers. Explain the NGO’s mission, current projects, and the impact of contributions. Persuade potential donors to contribute or become members of the organization. Answer any questions about the NGO and handle objections. Maintain a database of contacted individuals and update it with relevant information. Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest but have not yet committed. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and funds raised. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategies for improving call success rates. Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in [English, Hindi, etc.]. Persuasion Skills:Ability to persuade and convince potential donors to support the cause. Empathy: Must be empathetic and able to connect with people on a personal level. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Knowledge: Basic understanding of the NGO sector and the specific cause the organization supports is an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using telecalling software and databases to track calls and manage donor information. Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Educational Qualifications: Minimum 10th. Any certifications or training in telecalling, communication,or customer service would be a plus.
