Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, video editing expertise, and a passion for creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in bringing brand stories to life through graphics, motion, and multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities-
Design engaging graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (posts, ads, stories, carousels, reels).

Demonstrate a strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.

Maintain consistent brand identity across multiple brands, ensuring correct use of visual elements, tone, and style.

Create marketing assets such as:

Banners, flyers, brochures
-
Email headers
-
Presentation decks & one-pagers
-
Design website visual assets, including:
-
Hero images
-
Landing page sections
-
Blog thumbnails
-
Web banners
-
Apply basic UI/UX principles to design visually appealing and functional layouts.

Create simple wireframes or screen layouts using tools like Figma when required.

Produce short-form video content for:
-
Instagram Reels
-
YouTube Shorts
-
Social media ads
-
Edit raw footage into polished videos by:
-
Cutting and sequencing clips
-
Applying colour correction
-
Adding text overlays, music, and effects
-
Optimizing output for specific platforms
-
Create engaging motion graphics, including:
-
Animated text
-
Transitions
-
Visual effects
-
Collaborate with the 3D animation team by:
-
Editing video deliverables
-
Adding graphic overlays to 3D renders
-
Supporting deadlines during high workloads
-
Use AI tools such as RunwayML, Kling, and Pika to generate or enhance video content efficiently.

Leverage tools like Midjourney and Adobe Firefly to create concepts and visual assets.
-
Utilize Canva AI and other AI-assisted tools to speed up content creation while maintaining high quality.

Stay updated and experiment with emerging AI tools and trends in design and video production.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work.

Proficiency in tools such as:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Solid understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and content strategy.

Knowledge of social media content trends and best practices.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
