- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise front office, administration, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent patient service from registration to discharge.
- Monitor appointments, patient flow, and minimize waiting times.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, and OT for seamless operations.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Oversee billing, cash collections, daily reconciliation, and documentation.
- Coordinate insurance and TPA processes, including cashless approvals and claim documentation.
- Manage inventory of medicines, consumables, and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, NABH standards, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate vendor management, facility maintenance, and equipment servicing.
- Support local marketing initiatives, referral activities, and patient engagement programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,560.22 - ₹40,195.62 per month
