We are looking for an Email Marketing & Business Development Executive who can drive outbound lead generation through email campaigns while supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in email outreach, lead generation, CRM management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize cold email marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.
- Create personalized email sequences and follow-up campaigns to maximize response rates.
- Track campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and conversions.
- Qualify leads generated through email campaigns and coordinate meetings with the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients across various industries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, deliverability practices, and outreach strategies.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Marketing, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Experience with email outreach tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailshake, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar.
- Good understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and cold outreach best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Agency experience Necessary.
