Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Tester to conduct functional and quality tests on our EV
chargers before dispatch. The ideal candidate should have experience about basic
electronics , hardware testing, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform module and functional tests of EV chargers in production.
● Provide testing training to our third party manufacturers.
● Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects in the production devices.
● Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure products meet internal
and customer specifications.
● Use testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers to
validate product performance.
● Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing and quality checks.
● Maintain detailed test records and report issues to the engineering and production
teams.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in hardware testing, preferably in power electronics or EV
chargers.
● Hands-on experience with testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and LCR
meters.
● Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, PCB debugging, and firmware flashing.
● Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in EV charger testing or power electronics.
● Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements in electronics
manufacturing.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
