We are seeking an educator who can handle Chemistry across a wide range of academic levels—from building strong foundations in Class VIII to delivering advanced concepts for Class XII.
- Boards Covered: CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, NIOS, and Maharashtra State Board.
- Target Exams: Board exams and competitive foundations (NEET, IIT-JEE, MHCET).
- Location: Undri, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Teaching: Deliver engaging lectures on Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
- Scaffolded Practice: Develop structured worksheets and test papers that move from basic recall to Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).
- Competitive Edge: Guide senior students through "twisted" and complex problem-solving required for entrance exams.
- Curriculum Mapping: Adapt teaching styles to meet the specific marking schemes and requirements of different educational boards.
- Mentorship: Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback to bridge learning gaps.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Post-graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) or a related field. B.Ed. is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record of teaching students from Class VII to XII across multiple boards.
- Pedagogy: Ability to explain abstract concepts using real-world applications and experimental demonstrations.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for academic tracking and modern teaching aids.
- Communication: Excellent command over English; proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is an advantage for local student interaction.
